Our History



DonArc was established in 1970 when the couple Odon and Arcadia purchased the property for weekend family visits to the beach. The Poblete family began operations shortly after, naming the beach DonArc Poblete White Beach after Odon and Arcadia. The facility was renamed later to DonArc Beach Resort and has remained a family owned and operated business for over 50 years.

The facility is in western Misamis Oriental with a shoreline that boasts fine white sand and picturesque turquoise waters. DonArc is also near the famous Initao National Forest known as “Lasang Secret Adventure” a place of biodiversity including centuries old trees and the rare and endangered Tarsier. The Laguindingan Airport is also 15 minutes away making the beach and ideal getaway for travelers and sightseers.
